The maturity of the ERP market, fast evolving new technologies, trends around SaaS and cloud computing, plus the impact of the global financial downturn puts new pressures on organizations, service providers and consultants. Clients are now looking more for greater realized value and benefits for their IT spending, for flexible consulting, maintenance and support solutions, for scalable and on-demand services.
