THE ERP CONSULTING EXCHANGE will respond to each Referral form via email, fax or otherwise, as soon as reasonably possible following its submission, and such response shall indicate whether the referral has been accepted, rejected (and if so, on what basis) or if more information is needed to make a determination, as indicated below. Please note that in the event that THE ERP CONSULTING EXCHANGE accepts a Referral Form, unless otherwise agreed in writing by THE ERP CONSULTING EXCHANGE, any referral fees (as defined in the Consultant Agreement ) shall only be payable with respect to THE ERP CONSULTING EXCHANGE's initial sale of products and / or services directly to the prospect specified in the Referral Agreement.
