Please note that in the event that THE ERP CONSULTING EXCHANGE accepts a Referral Form, unless otherwise agreed in writing by THE ERP CONSULTING EXCHANGE, any referral fees (as defined in the Consultant Agreement ) shall only be payable with respect to THE ERP CONSULTING EXCHANGE's initial sale of products and / or services directly to the prospect specified in the Referral Agreement.
