ECX offers 4 distinct service levels:
Level 1: Global Virtual Helpdesk
This service level includes functional and technical end user support through ECX virtual helpdesk platform. Through on-demand services, SAP customers can ask questions to our ECX members who will provide an answer or solution to the posted thread.
Level 2: Support and Maintenance
This service level includes providing functional and technical support to your SAP solution and environment. ECX will provide the resources to support you with regular maintenance, support and administrative tasks, such as Basis and network support, SAP security, functional bug fixes, etc. All activities are on-demand and virtual.
Level 3: Global Virtual Consulting

Level 4: Managed Services
This service level includes the hosting, management and maintenance of an entire business process or function of your organization. We currently provide complete Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offerings for IT and Accounting but expanding in other areas such as HR and legal.
