SAP implementation and support for a provider of RFID-on-demand solutions

Highlights:

Installation of a SAP R/3 4.6C landscape to handle Tagistics’ Internet sales and distribution and financial systems which connected to a RFID and other systems

SAP system maintenance, troubleshooting, backup and user support, as well as daily monitoring of other relevant components (e.g. SAP Business Connecter)

Liaison with internal audit to assure SAP basis infrastructure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements (e.g. setup a virtual system in SAP transport routes)

Customer support of the AE Asia Pacific region for one of China’s leading SAP solution providers

Highlights:

Customer Competence Center manager responsible for the entire Asia Pacific region, including Shenzhen, Taiwan and South Korea
